In the Big Wide World of the World Wide Web, sometimes the line between win and fail is a bit blurry.

As a viral, this certainly makes a witty insight into the overcomplicated world of customer engagement, but the pay-off sure falls flat. Perhaps it’s one of the many ‘ads for media space’ targeted firmly at older, more traditional clients.

I can picture them sitting through the front end of this video, sweating and wondering how they’re going to justify all those touchpoints to the big chief. They’re wondering what the agency is planning to charge to Twitter up a zebra flash mob.

But I’m not a client, I’m agency, and the prospect of the world’s most complex integrated campaign had me terrifically excited.
